Welcome to Jobsite Pages (“Jobsite Pages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jobsite Pages website, services, listings, contractor directory, quote-request tools, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Jobsite Pages

Jobsite Pages is an online platform that helps consumers discover, compare, and connect with local contractors and service providers.

Our Services may allow users to:

• Search for contractors and service providers;
• View business profiles, listings, photographs, ratings, reviews, and other information;
• Submit requests for quotes or contact contractors;
• Compare contractors based on information displayed on the platform; and
• Access other features that we may introduce from time to time.

Contractors and businesses may use the platform to create profiles, submit business information, advertise their services, receive inquiries, and connect with potential customers.

Jobsite Pages is not a contractor, construction company, home-improvement professional, or agent for any contractor listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

3. Contractor Listings

Information displayed in contractor listings may be supplied by contractors, businesses, users, third parties, or other sources.

Although we may take steps to review, verify, or moderate listings, Jobsite Pages does not guarantee that any contractor, listing, business information, review, photograph, price, rating, certification, license, insurance status, or other information is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

Users should independently verify information before hiring a contractor or entering into a contract.

A “verified” or similar designation, where displayed, does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or warranty regarding the quality, qualifications, reliability, financial condition, licensing, insurance, or performance of a contractor.

4. No Endorsement of Contractors

Jobsite Pages does not endorse, guarantee, recommend, or warrant any contractor or service provider merely because they appear on the platform or receive a particular rating, review, badge, or designation.

The inclusion, ranking, featuring, or promotion of a contractor does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are solely responsible for evaluating a contractor before hiring them.

5. Quotes and Contractor Relationships

Jobsite Pages may allow users to request quotes or connect with contractors.

A request for a quote does not create a contract between you and Jobsite Pages, nor does it guarantee that a contractor will respond, provide a quote, or accept your project.

Any agreement for services, including price, scope of work, payment, scheduling, warranties, permits, materials, cancellation rights, and other terms, is solely between the customer and the contractor.

Jobsite Pages is not a party to contracts between customers and contractors and is not responsible for the performance or non-performance of either party.

6. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may create a risk to the platform, our users, or third parties.

7. Contractor Accounts and Listings

Contractors and businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Jobsite Pages is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Contractors must not:

• Claim qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, or experience they do not possess;
• Submit false or misleading business information;
• Impersonate another business or individual;
• Create duplicate or deceptive listings;
• Submit fraudulent reviews or testimonials;
• Use the platform to facilitate unlawful activities; or
• Misrepresent the services, prices, availability, or results they offer.

Contractors are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, permits, advertising rules, consumer-protection requirements, and professional obligations applicable to their businesses.

8. Reviews, Ratings, Photos, and User Content

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, descriptions, questions, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content that you lawfully own. However, by submitting User Content to Jobsite Pages, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, publish, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, promoting, improving, and providing the Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• You have permission to use any photographs, trademarks, names, or other materials included in your submission;
• The content does not violate another person’s rights; and
• The content does not violate applicable law or these Terms.

You must not submit reviews or content that is fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or intended to manipulate ratings or rankings.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, restrict, or refuse User Content for any reason.

9. Reviews Are Not Guaranteed to Be Accurate

Reviews and ratings represent the opinions and experiences of individual users.

Jobsite Pages does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, or reliability of reviews or ratings.

You should consider reviews as one source of information and conduct your own due diligence before making a hiring decision.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;
2. Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
3. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
4. Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically collect platform data without our written permission;
5. Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material;
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
7. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
8. Manipulate reviews, ratings, search results, or rankings;
9. Send spam or unauthorized marketing communications;
10. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
11. Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
12. Use the Services to compete with Jobsite Pages in a manner prohibited by applicable law or agreement; or
13. Use information obtained through the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

The Jobsite Pages name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, layouts, features, functionality, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Jobsite Pages and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, products, payment providers, social-media platforms, or other resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. You should review those terms before using such services.

13. Fees and Paid Services

Certain contractor services, listings, advertising features, promotional placements, subscriptions, or other features may be offered for a fee.

Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, contractors are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges associated with their purchases.

We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new paid features, subject to applicable law and any terms applicable to existing subscriptions or purchases.

14. Payments

Where payments are processed through Jobsite Pages or a third-party payment provider, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges.

We may use third-party payment processors. Jobsite Pages may not have access to your complete payment-card information.

Payment processing may be governed by the payment processor’s own terms and policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.

16. Communications

By using the Services or submitting a request for information, you may receive communications relating to your account, requests, contractors, transactions, or the Services.

Where legally permitted and where you have provided the required consent, you may also receive marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by following the instructions included in those communications.

17. No Professional Advice

Information provided through Jobsite Pages is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, engineering, architectural, construction, insurance, safety, or other professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Jobsite Pages makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of listings or other information;
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services;
• The qualifications or conduct of contractors;
• The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of contractor services;
• The accuracy or authenticity of reviews;
• The results of any quote request or contractor connection; or
• Any transaction or relationship between a user and a contractor.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobsite Pages and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Jobsite Pages is not responsible for:

• The acts or omissions of contractors or users;
• Construction work or services performed by contractors;
• Property damage, personal injury, or other losses resulting from contractor services;
• Disputes between users and contractors;
• Contractor pricing, availability, performance, or payment disputes; or
• Content submitted by users or third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to Jobsite Pages for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobsite Pages and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of another person’s rights;
• Your dealings with contractors or other users; or
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

21. Disputes Between Users and Contractors

Any dispute between a customer and a contractor—including disputes regarding workmanship, payment, pricing, delays, property damage, warranties, refunds, cancellations, or contractual obligations—is primarily a matter between those parties.

You agree to attempt to resolve such disputes directly with the relevant party before seeking to hold Jobsite Pages responsible.

Jobsite Pages may, but is not obligated to, assist with communications or provide information where appropriate.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person, or if your conduct may harm Jobsite Pages, its users, contractors, or third parties.

We may also discontinue or modify all or part of the Services at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
